You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your payment

[Most clients pay by Paypal; however if you prefer to pay by Western Union money transfer or bank to bank transfer please e-mail  clients@ancestrydoctor.com  and we will advise you how to do this] 

Remember,  all prices are in British Pounds Sterling, as our main office is based in the U.K. You can use the current exchange rate to work out the equivalents in the currency for where you live if outwith U.K. 

We have worked on the same principal of three set fees for research since our business was started in 1985. It gives a new client a choice - the greater the fee chosen, obviously the more time is spent on a case, proportionate to the fee.  Each case is different but unless you have already had significant amounts of research carried out, we will be able to search to any of our set fees 

and present you with a detailed report, made up of original records and a family tree.

The family tree is the key to understanding the records and to who is who in your ancestral story

The results of research are sent out to you within 4-6 weeks. The format is an online report which you can access and print off. Postal, paper versions are available too if you prefer.
